Logistics is an intermediary phase of delivering goods (products or services) to consumers. It will encompass the following activities: the management of fleets, the transportation of imported and exported products, the storage of raw materials, the fulfilment of orders, the management of inventory, and the planning of supply and demand. In addition, logistics will also be responsible for sourcing input materials, planning production, packaging products, and providing customer service.
