As people's quality of life improves, the demand for healthcare services is increasingly being prioritized and emphasized. The healthcare sector is currently gaining attention from society, and thus it is gradually asserting its position in community health care. In addition to the Pharmacy and Medical sectors, the Nursing field is essential for training human resources to serve healthcare. This is also the reason why Nursing is one of the "hot" professions that many young people pay attention to
What is the future role of nurses?
The nursing profession is a field within the healthcare system that specializes in caring, protecting, and enhancing the health of patients. Nurses play a crucial role in supporting doctors, implementing treatment methods, and caring for patients before, during, and after the treatment process. They are also responsible for advising and instructing patients and their families about health, in order to ensure that the recovery process proceeds smoothly and effectively.

What soft skills do nurses need to have?
Nurses ought to equip themselves with a range of soft skills to work effectively in the healthcare environment. Some important skills include:
Communication skills: Nurses need to communicate well with patients, patients' families, and colleagues to convey accurate information and build trust.
Teamwork skills: They must closely coordinate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Time management skills: Organizing time effectively helps nurses complete assigned tasks on time and minimize errors.
Empathy and listening skills: Nurses need to know how to listen and empathize with patients to understand their needs and psychology clearly.
What is the current demand for nursing personnel?
Currently, the demand for human resources in the nursing sector is high, not only in Vietnam but also worldwide. With the increase in the aging population and the development of the healthcare sector, the demand for skilled nurses is rising steadily. Many countries are expanding their immigration policies and facilitating the arrival of international nurses to work in order to compensate for the shortage of personnel in this field.
What is the average income level of the nurse?
The income level of a nurse can vary quite widely, depending on the job position, workplace, and individual experience. In Vietnam, the average salary of newly graduated nurses is about 10 million VND per month. However, nurses working in large hospitals or those with higher professional certifications can earn a higher salary. For nurses working abroad, the income can be significantly higher, depending on the country and job requirements.
Studying at ICH, students can be completely assured about their jobs. ICH always supports students and introduces job opportunities for them after graduation. In addition, for the nursing field, students not only have the opportunity to find jobs in domestic market but also have many scholarships and job opportunities in foreign countries like Germany, Japan, Taiwan, etc., with salaries exceeding 50 million VND per month.
